"Nicholas, an HVAC technician, was here due to a persistent buzz in our electrostatic air filter. While here, over an hour, he did a maintenance check of the entire system. All was fine except the filter frame/ballast still buzzed. Nicholas ordered a new frame. Because we have a service plan and/or our AC system is under warranty, our cost was zero. Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he left no mess in the house despite the rainy day. Highly recommended."
